Privacy Policy

1. Data we collect

• Contact and booking details such as name, phone number, LINE/Facebook account, rental dates, vehicle, pick-up/drop-off location, and messages.
• When entering a rental contract: national ID or passport, driving licence, address, signature, and rental-contract details.
• Payment, vehicle return, damage, accident, or claim records where relevant to the rental.
• GA4 usage data such as viewed pages, device, approximate location, and interaction events, only after consent.

The website has no booking form. Contact data is sent when you choose to contact us by phone, LINE, or Facebook.

2. Purposes and legal bases

• Responding to inquiries, checking availability, booking, and performing the rental: steps before entering and performance of a contract.
• Identity and driving eligibility checks, damage handling, and fraud prevention: contract, legal obligations, and legitimate interests.
• Keeping accounting/tax records or responding to competent authorities: legal obligations.
• GA4 and the Facebook embed: consent, which may be refused or withdrawn without affecting the rental service.

3. Retention

• Inquiries that do not lead to a rental: no more than 90 days after the last contact.
• Contracts, identity/driving documents, and transaction records: no more than 5 years after the rental ends, unless law requires longer or a dispute/claim requires retention.
• GA4 data: no more than 14 months under the account setting; new collection stops after consent is withdrawn.
• Your consent choice stays in your browser until you clear site data or change the setting.

After the relevant period, we delete, destroy, or appropriately anonymize the data.

4. External processors and data transfers

• Cloudflare provides website hosting, delivery, and security.
• Sanity provides content management; published vehicle content is not customer booking data.
• Google Analytics 4 processes statistics after consent. The site does not currently install a Google Ads tag.
• Meta processes data when you allow the Facebook embed or visit Facebook. The site does not currently install Facebook Pixel.
• LINE and Facebook process data under their own policies when you choose those channels.

Some providers may process data outside Thailand using contractual and legally applicable safeguards.

5. Cookies and changing consent

Necessary storage remembers your choice and cannot be disabled because it supports consent management. Analytics and external media remain blocked until allowed. Use the gear icon at the lower-left to reject, change categories, or withdraw consent later.

6. Your data rights

Subject to legal conditions, you may request access, a copy, correction, portability, erasure, restriction or objection, withdraw consent, and complain to Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Committee. Withdrawal does not affect processing lawfully performed beforehand.
